What does a purchased case cover?

A case is organized around its subject site and reported incident, with available weather and storm context, source links and updated reports. Material site and incident details remain locked; a separate matter requires a separate case purchase.

Will I set up an account before purchasing?

The planned journey is purchase first, then account setup or sign-in, followed by your first case. Enrollment is not yet open. The final purchase and account steps will be provided by the Windward Tree app.

How long do wind roses take to build?

Historical wind roses can take several minutes to build. Record availability and coverage vary. The demonstration shortens retrieval waits so you can see the workflow.

What happens after cancellation or when I return?

Monthly membership fees continue until canceled. Final case access, retention and cancellation terms will be provided before enrollment opens. Returning-member eligibility and restoration of eligible original cases will be verified in the app; joining the update list does not establish eligibility.
